Typically, I get booked up about a year in advance! Some times of the year book up faster than others ... So if your wedding is 12-16 months away, we should start a conversation!
For custom projects or intimate events, I recommend reaching out as soon as you’re in the planning phases (or at least a month in advance to see if I can accommodate).

Come prepared with all the details you have so far for the day! But most importantly, set in mind your floral loves, some photo inspirations, & a budget you’re comfortable with.

I don’t enforce a minimum flower spend; However, I do only take on a certain number of weddings & intimate events each year. So, unfortunately can’t take on every event inquiry that comes my way (even though I’d love to!!)
I’m happy to offer a free consultation & estimate if I am available for your event!
After our consultation, you should receive a general estimate. To solidify me as your florist, a small deposit of $350 is required to hold your date, and no other costs come due until 1 month prior to your wedding date. At this point, we’ll be chatting to firm up some other details of the day before anything else is paid.
I do! I offer a couple different candle styles for some added ambiance & a few different arch styles - I also have some select centrepiece urn styles to select from; but aside from that, I can certainly guide you to the right people to rent some awesome items for your event!
Repurpose. Repurpose. Repurpose! Yes! I make it my mission to make sure that the pieces are utilized all throughout the day in different ways from the ceremony, to cocktail, to reception. I do charge a fee to stay throughout the day, but trust me, you never knew how involved you really wanted your florist to be!
If you’re picking up small items like bouquets or centrepieces, then yes!
If the item requires assembly or additional set-up & styling, then a design service fee will apply to have your florist on-site to assist with the set-up and/or teardown of rental items.
I have more experience at venues across Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, Burlington, Ancaster & Elora, but I’ve done weddings all over Southern Ontario & I’d love to continue my flower design journey up North one day!
I’m totally game to travel as far as you need me for the love of love and the love of flowers! But a travel fee will apply depending on how far away from home we’re traveling.
